Mission:  Why do we exist?

Our mission is to know Christ and to make Him known.

Vision: What do we want to be?  Where are we going?

 We want to be a church that is known for:

 Celebration (adoration)

A church that practices the presence of God and is focused on Jesus Christ

  Growth

A church that multiplies

  Communion

A church that is rooted in an intimate relationship with our living God and that grows in authentic love for one another

  Communication (evangelism)

A church that presents the gospel of Jesus Christ and extends the reign of God

  Community (service)

A church that is relevant and positively impacts its community

Purpose: Facilitate the implementation of the TEAM Spain Vision.

1.     Talk with FIEIDE pastors, other Spanish pastors, churches, missions and national associations to determine what God is doing in Spain. 

2.     Determine potential partners for TEAM Spain missionaries establishing churches consistent with the vision of TEAM International and TEAM Spain.

3.     Determine what FIEIDE pastors feel TEAM should be doing in Spain.

4.     Identify one or more potential locations for the next church planting project(s) involving TEAM.
